Community Manager (m/f/d)

So that more people hear about us and we talk to our communities even better, we are looking for a Community Manager (m/f/d) who takes an active part in discussions, helps people and makes our brand visible in relevant online communities.

Responsibilities

The Community Manager (m/f/d) owns our active exchange with online communities and helps position CONNY as a helpful, trustworthy brand. This includes:

  • Taking part in online discussions about CONNY, tenancy law or consumer topics
  • Proactively helping people in communities (forums, Reddit, Facebook groups etc.) when questions come up that CONNY can help with
  • Building a positive, helpful presence for CONNY in relevant online communities
  • Developing new ideas and formats for community engagement and organic reach
  • Monitoring discussions and sentiment around our topics and our brand
  • Handling community feedback sensitively and authentically – including in critical discussions

What you bring to the role

  • Experience in community management, social media or online community moderation
  • A strong feel for how communication works in online communities
  • The ability to spot what communities see as positive or negative
  • Experience in guiding discussions constructively and building trust
  • An independent, proactive way of working
  • Very strong written communication skills

Formal qualifications matter less to us. What counts is that you genuinely understand how communities work and ideally have hands-on experience already.
