If your case goes all the way to court, as a PREMIUM member you have no further costs to worry about. As a KOMFORT customer you only pay a handling fee of 50€. A consultation with a lawyer, on the other hand, very quickly costs a three-figure sum.

If you would like to cancel the tenant protection, all you need is an e-mail. Simply cancel informally and send an e-mail to info@conny.legal. If you terminate the contract before it expires, you must observe a one-month notice period. We will miss you!

If you do not cancel, the membership will be automatically extended for another 12 months.

With the COMFORT and PREMIUM membership, you receive ARAG SE's judicial tenant legal protection insurance. The insurance protection relates to the residential unit in Germany that you, as a tenant, use yourself and the associated garages and/or parking spaces. An additional membership must be taken out for second or vacation homes. In general, your scope of insurance covers the representation of your interests in court and this with an unlimited insurance amount. More precisely, the insurance cover includes the representation of your interests:

• Rent and lease relationships (e.g. rent increase, termination of the lease, keeping pets, etc.)
• other usage relationships (e.g. disputes about a right of residence, subletting etc.)
• Urgent rights concerning your building, parts of buildings or land (e.g. disputes about floor space)

The membership has only a duration of 12 months. Without cancellation, the membership is automatically extended for another 12 months.

By the way: If you want to upgrade, you don't have to wait until the end of the contract period. Just write to info@conny.legal and we will adjust your membership. So you can switch from the BASIC tariff to the COMFORT or PREMIUM tariff at any time. A change from the COMFORT to the PREMIUM tariff is also possible.

Would you like to change to a cheaper membership? You can easily do this after the contract period has expired. Just send us an e-mail at least one month before the contract expires.
