Your landlord pays the bill.
When we achieve a rent reduction for you, you benefit from around 400 € more per month on average. Claims from the period before the reduction are paid out by your landlord to us. This also includes the part of your deposit you overpaid because of your old, excessive rent.
These repayments fund our team of legal experts who enforce a fair rent for you. In most cases we cover our entire commission from the repayment claims against your landlord and do not send you an invoice.
Our commission model
One principle runs through everything: you only pay if we succeed.
The check is free. If you then decide to instruct us, we enforce your claim and finance ourselves through a success-based commission. How this affects you depends on the case:
0 € out of pocket
We cover our commission from your landlord's repayments, that is, from overpaid rent and the excessive part of the deposit. You receive no invoice and pay nothing upfront.
Minimum commission
In the case of a quick, straightforward settlement: a one-off amount equal to six months of savings (after we send our formal complaint). Even then you never pay more rent than you do today.
The free calculation shows you in advance what savings are realistic in your case. Only then do you decide whether to instruct us.

*No cost risk means: if we are unsuccessful, we charge you nothing. In most cases we cover our commission from the repayment claims against your landlord; only in rare exceptional cases (a quick, straightforward settlement) do we charge a minimum commission equal to six months of savings after we send our formal complaint.
