For CONNY offers applies: You only pay in case of success!*

*Except for our legal protection products, which are paid by annual fee.

Usually, our commission can be directly offset against your repayment to the other party, so you do not have to make a direct payment to us if the payment is handled by the other party through us.

If there are no fixed fees, the commission due is calculated on the basis of the savings achieved for you. Thus, the amount of our commission is usually significantly lower than the costs that would have been incurred for a lawyer and court fees.

How much does CONNY's tenancy law service cost if succesful?

The commission is a one-time saving for 6 months (including VAT).

Usually you do not pay directly to CONNY, because CONNY offsets the commission against the repayment claim you have against your landlord, if the payment processing with your landlord is handled by us. If your landlord transfers your refund directly to you, you will receive an invoice from us to pay our commission.

Should we not be successful for you, you will not be charged any costs. All possible costs (lawyer's fees and court costs) will be paid by us.

If a tenant saving is achieved before the time of the first complaint by CONNY, we will additionally charge 2/3 as commission for the tenant saving that was achieved before the first complaint was sent. This is possible due to the tightening of the rent control since 01.04.2020 or due to your own complaint, which was sent by CONNY before the assignment.

CONNY will provide you with a legally valid letter free of charge to enforce the rent cap yourself.

If you let CONNY enforce the rent cap in its entirety, the success fee will be a one-time fee for the savings for 5 months (incl. VAT).

In case of a rejected rent increase our commission amounts to the rent saving of four months (incl. VAT).

We will send you an invoice for the amount to be paid after your case has ended.

Should we not be successful for you, for legal reasons we will first of all address any court and legal fees incurred to you, which you must pay first. These costs will be reimbursed by CONNY afterwards!

ATTENTION: Please be sure to provide your information truthfully when commissioning CONNY. If you are not sure how to answer some questions, please contact CONNY customer service.
If you provide false information, on the basis of which our partner lawyers will go to court for you, all legal costs (the costs of CONNY's lawyers as well as those of the opposing party) will be borne by you. Therefore please check all information carefully. If you are a member of the CONNY Mieterschutz Verein, our legal experts will be happy to take care of all aspects together with you.

If you commission CONNY with the enforcement of a rent reduction and the elimination of the rental defect, you will receive an individual offer after reviewing the facts.

If you have already remedied the defect yourself and CONNY was able to successfully obtain a compensation payment, ⅓ of the negotiated compensation will be charged as commission.

If our partner lawyers have fended off the cosmetic repairs for you, a lump sum of 249 euros will be charged once.

If CONNY was able to successfully reclaim already incurred costs for cosmetic repairs, the tenant portal will retain one third of the amount paid back as a success fee.

In the event of an out-of-court settlement for repayment of the deposit, CONNY will receive 15% of the deposit as commission.

If our partner lawyers successfully enforce your claim in court, CONNY will receive 30% of the refunded deposit as commission.

If the termination is successfully fended off by our contract lawyers, CONNY will receive a success fee amounting to a net cold rent (incl. VAT).

If CONNY successfully enforces your claim for damages, one third of the amount achieved (incl. VAT) will be charged as a success fee. If money is refunded by your landlord, CONNY will conveniently settle up with him.

The tenant protection of CONNY protects you optimally against your landlord in case of emergency - from only 4 Euro per month.

How much does CONNY's labour law service cost if succesful?

Both the schematic examination of your termination, the calculation of possible severance pay and an initial interview are free of charge and without obligation.

If CONNY achieves a severance payment for you, you only have to pay a previously agreed contingency fee. This is calculated from the amount of the severance payment. CONNY will cover all legal fees and court costs for you.

How much does CONNY's finance law service cost?

CONNY offers consumers the opportunity to defend themselves against unjustly charged account management fees.

In general, CONNY customers who assign their repayment claim to CONNY receive 10 euros paid out in return. Alternatively, you can choose between two further price options:

In the event of success, you pay a commission of 25 % (incl. MwSt). By commissioning us, CONNY will take care of the enforcement of your claim. In other words, we reclaim the unjustly charged account management fees from your bank for the past 3 years. The sum will then be paid out to you, minus the commission of 25% (incl. MwSt).

You pay 69 euros irrespective of success. CONNY will enforce your claim as soon as payment has been received. In other words, we reclaim the unjustly charged account management fees from your bank for the past 3 years. The sum will then be paid out to you.

Important: With both price options, we can neither guarantee success nor a quick conclusion of the case. This depends on the behaviour of the other party and the duration of any court proceedings. Only with the 10 Euro option can you be sure to receive the money promptly.

What payment options are available?

In case of success, CONNY will offset the accrued commission against the repayment claim you have against your landlord. Only in exceptional cases a bank transfer or alternatively payment by credit card is necessary.

Customers of our tenant protection tariffs can use the SEPA direct debit procedure or pay by bank transfer.
