Our history
CONNY was founded in 2016 as wenigermiete.de by the lawyers Daniel Halmer and Frederik Gärtner in Berlin to support tenants in enforcing the rent brake and thus reduce their rent. Today, Daniel Halmer continues as CEO of the company under the CONNY brand, which now includes numerous legal services in the areas of tenancy law, labor law and telecommunications law and provides thousands of clients a year with access to their rights.
Our mission
As a Berlin company, we are simplifiers and facilitators in the service of consumers and our constitutional state. We want to help all people to get their rights, regardless of their wallet, knowledge or time expenditure. Every value claim, however small, should be able to find its way into the legal system. That is why we make the enforcement of consumer rights as easy and quick as ordering a pizza. Without any cost risk, because we only receive a commission when we are successful.

Conny helps you with many topics regarding your rent. For example, with a rent reduction, the defence against a rent increase or you join the CONNY tenant protection if you are in disputes with your landlord.
Internet
Only pay for what you get - that's fair. Under EU law, you are entitled to contract performance. Conny helps you to reduce your Internet costs or to terminate your DSL contract early.
Labor Law
If you have already received a notice of termination, CONNY will take care of your severance pay. With the cover letter you can also insure yourself against future labour law cases right now.
