It was very easy – I just completed the online form and sent in my tenancy agreement. One month later I already had an answer and was able to save 108 euros a month, backdated to the date I submitted my claim! And to my delight, three times the monthly saving went to you directly out of the deposit I had paid. That meant I only had to transfer two months' worth of savings to you myself, and I started paying less rent just two months after submitting my claim. :)
